Convert WebP to PNG

Some software still cannot open WebP. Convert it to PNG, readable everywhere, keeping any transparency.

Conversion

Is my transparency preserved?

Yes. Transparent pixels in a WebP stay transparent in the resulting PNG.

What if my WebP is animated?

Only the first frame of the animation is converted: the PNG is a still image.

Why is the PNG bigger than the original?

PNG is lossless and lacks WebP's advanced compression, so a heavier file is normal.
